LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Applicant, Pearson Education Inc., has applied to the Planning Board of the Township of Cranbury for Amended Preliminary and Final Site Plan approval for property located at 258 Prospect Plains Road, in the Township of Cranbury, and designated as Lot 1.02 in Block 4 on the official tax map of the Township of Cranbury. The subject property is located in the LI - Light Industrial zone district. The Applicant proposes to install power factor correction equipment on a concrete pad with all associated appurtenances on the subject property. In addition to the above approvals, Applicant requests that the application be deemed amended to include and the Board grant any additional approvals, variances, exceptions or waivers determined to be necessary in the review and processing of this application, whether requested by the Board or otherwise. At the time of hearing, the Applicant will also request from the Board such other variances, deviations and/or waivers which the Board may require as a result of said hearing. If required by the Municipality, Applicant requests a waiver and/or recommendation from the Board that any requirement for a Developer's Agreement be waived due to the minor site improvements proposed by Applicant. The application is now on the Planning Board's Agenda and a public hearing has been ordered for June 21, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. at the Cranbury Township Municipal Building, 23-A North Main Street, Cranbury, New Jersey, Middlesex County, at which time you may appear, if you so desire, either in person, or by agent or attorney and present any objections which you may have to the granting of this application.
