Award to: William E. Antonides and Company Services: Municipal Auditing and Accounting Services Time Period: July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013 Cost: Not to Exceed $43,842.00 Award to: Michael W. Herbert of Herbert, Van Ness, Cayci & Goodell Services: Legal Services Time Period: July 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012 Cost: Not to Exceed $107,957.30 These professionals were appointed with the non-fair and open process, as the above will exceed the Pay to Pay amount of $17,500.
