LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that an Ordinance entitled: Ordinance 2012-23 An Ordinance titled, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 143 (VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC) ARTICLE XII (SCHEDULES) SECTION 30 (SCHEDULE I: NO PARKING) AND SECTION 34.1 (SCHEDULE V [A] PERMIT PARKING LOCATIONS) FOR THE AREA OF RINE ROAD WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF HILLSBOROUGH, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY was introduced at a Meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Hillsborough, County of Somerset, State of New Jersey held on June 12, 2012 and was read for the first time. This Ordinance will be further considered for final passage by the Township Committee at the Municipal Complex, 379 South Branch Road, Hillsborough, New Jersey at a meeting being held on July 10, 2012 at 7:30 PM or at any time and place to which such meeting may be adjourned. All persons interested in the Ordinance may obtain a copy from the Office of the Township Clerk located in the municipal complex between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., at no cost, and persons interested in the Ordinance may appear at the hearing and will be given the opportunity to be heard concerning this Ordinance.
